Return Process

  Log into your Sony World account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button next to the product you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package.

  Pack the Device

  Place the electronic device back into its original manufacturer box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and cables are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our inspection center.
